Due to the highly personal nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is individually handcrafted to order using your own sentimental inclusions, making it truly unique and impossible to resell.


Please ensure all order details are checked carefully at the time of purchase, including metal choice, design, inscriptions, and ring size. If you have any questions before placing your order, we are always happy to help.

 

Ring Sizing

All rings are made to order in the size selected at checkout.

If a ring is ordered in the incorrect size, unfortunately we are unable to resize, exchange, or remake the ring, as this would compromise the integrity of the keepsake stone. Please ensure the correct ring size is selected before ordering.


If you are unsure of your size, we strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured or using a reliable ring sizer prior to placing your order.

Faults & Warranty

We take great care in creating every piece and stand behind our craftsmanship. All jewellery comes with a 4-month warranty from the date of delivery.


This warranty covers:


  • Replacement of gemstones or cubic zirconia stones that fall out within the 4-month period

If this occurs, please contact us with clear photographs and your order number, and we will arrange a repair or replacement where applicable.



What Is Not Covered

 

The warranty does not cover:


  • General wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by chemicals, water exposure, or impact
  • Plating wear on gold-plated or rose gold-plated jewellery, which is considered normal wear over time and not a fault
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations

Plated jewellery will naturally fade with regular wear, revealing the sterling silver beneath. For customers seeking the most durable option for everyday wear, we recommend solid silver or solid gold pieces.
